Growing With Your Grief
Meet Grief with Awareness and Intention
Grief is not a problem to be solved. It invites you to slow down, listen deeply, and make space for what has changed.
At In the Spirit of Healing, I believe grief is a natural part of being human and a reflection of the love and meaning carried in what we have lost. This 8-week holistic workshop offers a nurturing space to slow down, breathe, and experience your grief as it is—not as others expect it to be.
Together, we will create a compassionate space for reflection, connection, and conscious grieving as you explore how to carry your loss while continuing to live.
Through a blend of virtual and in-person sessions, we will explore grief with curiosity and compassion, making room for the many emotions, memories, questions, and changes that loss can bring.
Grief may be personal, but you don’t have to carry it alone. Community gives us a place to be witnessed, understood, and reminded that we can carry grief while continuing to live.
Growing with grief doesn’t mean leaving grief behind. It means discovering how grief can walk alongside you as you keep living.
For anyone navigating the death of someone they love-whether the loss is recent or has been carried for years. You may find yourself:
- Longing for a space where your grief can simply be what it is.
- Wondering how to carry your grief while continuing to live.
- Feeling disconnected from yourself or from others who seem to have moved on.
- Searching for ways to honor your relationship and the love that remains.
- Wanting to understand your grief rather than feel pressured to move beyond it.
- Looking for compassionate company as you find your own way forward.
- Seeking community with others who understand the experience of loss.
What can you expect?
- Weekly Guided Sessions: Explore the emotional, physical, spiritual, and relational dimensions of grief in a safe and compassionate space.
- Practices for Living with Grief: Explore journaling, ritual, somatic movement, reflection, and meaning-making practices to help you listen to your grief and discover ways to carry it as you continue to live.
- Connection and Community: Share, listen, and reflect with others who understand the experience of loss. A space to be witnessed, supported, and reminded that you don't have to grieve alone.
- Individual Session with Carole: A private one-on-one session with Carole following Week Seven, offering space to reflect on your experience and explore what you are discovering about your own path with grief.
Because grief is deeply personal, I invite you to have a brief conversation with me before registering. We’ll talk about where you are, what you’re looking for, and whether Growing With Grief feels like the best space for you right now.

Kitchen Table Talks with Carole
Creating Ripples
We talk about what matters, what we fear, what we hope for, who we love, what we want to leave behind, and how we want to be remembered.
- Pull up a chair and settle in.
- Sometimes we talk about life. Sometimes we talk about dying. And sometimes we talk about loss.
- Why? Because we're living.
- Sit in good company — around a virtual table, with Carole and others, where listening is as welcome as speaking and connection does its quiet work.
- That's the beauty of the kitchen table.
“What we leave behind is not as important as how we have lived.”

SoulCollage®: A Creative Path to Conscious Living
Growing With Awareness & Intention
What if you gave yourself space to listen to what is within you?
Life brings transitions—some chosen, some unexpected. A change in relationship, work, identity, health, home, or the death of someone we love can invite us to pause and reconsider who we are and what matters most.
SoulCollage® offers a creative and intuitive way to explore those questions. Through images, reflection, and conversation, you create a personal collage card that can open a door to your inner wisdom and perspectives that may be difficult to reach through words alone.
You don’t need to be an artist. There is no right or wrong way to create.
Simply bring your curiosity and a willingness to listen to what emerges.
Whether you’re navigating grief or change, exploring a new direction, or simply wanting to live more consciously, SoulCollage® offers a space to slow down, listen inward, and discover what is asking for your attention.
Come curious. Create. Reflect. Listen. Discover.
- Explore your inner world through imagery, creativity, and reflection.
